About us and our role regarding your personal information
CulTMed : Sustainable Cultural Tourism on the Mediterranean is a European initiative funded under the CREA-CULT-2024-COOP program. The project aims to address the challenges posed by mass tourism and the commercial pressures on cultural heritage, promoting sustainable cultural tourism across the Mediterranean region. By fostering innovation, enhancing the skills of cultural tourism professionals, and engaging local communities, CulTMed seeks to preserve the authenticity of cultural heritage while ensuring economic, social, and environmental benefits.
CulTMed brings together a consortium of partners from five Mediterranean countries—Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Portugal, and Italy—working collaboratively to advance sustainable practices within the cultural tourism sector. The project aligns with the priorities of the European Green Deal and the New European Bauhaus, focusing on integrating cultural tourism with sustainable development strategies.
The main outcomes of the CulTMed project include:
CulTMed is co-funded under the CREA-CULT-2024-COOP program of the European Union (EC-GRANT AGREEMENT No 101174435) as a CREA Lump Sum Grant. The project has a duration of 36 months, running from 01/10/2024 to 01/09/2027.

We will store the information provided under A, B, C and D, based on our quality procedures for no more than three (3) years (the duration of the project).
Which are the possible recipients of your personal information
The information provided to us by you will be stored in the main information system and will be kept in a need-to-know basis. Access to the data may be provided to authorized personnel of each partner of the CulTMed project, to the European Union (staff relevant to the European Projects), to the national authorities of each country (should need arise), to the website administrator, to the platform support company and the platform and infrastructure host.
